Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Policy defines acceptable use conditions for Crawlo's data extraction infrastructure to ensure lawful, ethical and responsible use of the Service.
2. Permitted Uses
- Extraction of publicly available data on the open web.
- Data ingestion for AI, BI, archival or internal analysis systems.
- Extraction in compliance with robots.txt directives of target sites.
- Any use in accordance with applicable law.
3. Prohibited Uses
- Accessing content behind authentication, paywalls or credentials.
- Extracting personal data for surveillance, discrimination or harassment.
- Activities violating third-party intellectual property rights.
- Using the Service for DDoS attacks, spam or malicious activities.
- Direct resale of extracted data without transformation or added value.
- Any use that violates applicable law.
4. Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the use of Extracted Data complies with all applicable regulations, including GDPR, intellectual property laws and sector-specific regulations.
5. Consequences of Breach
Crawlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately in case of violation of this Policy, without right to refund.
